We did a day trip from Ahmedabad to Ekta Nagar, Kevadia on Sunday. It starts from Ahmedabad station, from platform 2A at 6:10 am in the morning.
The train is excellent, and it feels as if you're travelling in a Luxury Train। -like Orient Express sort of train. There are only three coaches and one pantry car in this train, and it has a steam engine.
If we had gone by road, the journey would have taken us three hours and nine minutes, as shown by Google map, but with the help of this train, we will reach in three hours and 55 minutes. The benefit is that we will be having breakfast on board the train.
